He was joined by the BBC Symphony Orchestra conducted by James Gaffigan along with the excellent vocalists Katarina Dalayman (soprano) and Samuel Sakker (tenor).
Other works on the CD include Ravel’s Shéhérazade with the BBC National Orchestra of Wales conducted by Thomas Søndergård and Sarah Connolly (mezzo-soprano) as well as Debussy’s Nocturnes featuring the BBC National Orchestra of Wales conducted by Pascal Rophé.
