SOPRANO SARAH GILFORD JOINS CLB MANAGEMENT FOR GENERAL MANAGEMENT!

CLB Management is pleased to welcome Sarah Gilford to its vocal roster.

Sarah is a current member of the Opera Studio at the Bayerische Staatsoper. In season 2020/2021, her appearances include Giannetta in L’Elisir d’Amore, Taumännchen in Hänsel und Gretel, Der junger Hirt in Tannhäuser and Barbarina in Le Nozze di Figaro. This September, Sarah led the Opera Studio production of Thomas Mignon at Cuvilliés Theatre singing the title role of the opera.

A recent Royal Academy of Music graduate, Sarah has worked with companies such as British Youth Opera (Helena, The Enchanted Island), Longborough Festival Opera (Papagena, Die Zauberflöte) and she was a finalist of the Welsh Singers Showcase 2018. Confident in early music repertoire, she sang the South American premier of Hasse Marc’Antonio et Cleopatra (as Cleopatra). Upcoming engagements include her debut with Il Pomo d’Oro orchestra and, in January 2021, she will be a finalist of the Welsh Singer Showcase.
