Christian Mason's "Thaleia - Flute Concerto" to be premiered in the UK with BBC National Orchestra of Wales
This Saturday, Christian Mason’s new flute concerto, 'Thaleia', will receive its world premiere in Liège with the Orchestre Philharmonique de Liège. Conducted by Gergely Madaras, the soloist for this new piece is the renowned Hungarian flautist, Noemi Gyori. The duo will return for another concert in the UK two months later, marking the premiere of Christian Mason’s composition in his homeland.
