Christian Mason’s latest work Into the Distance for orchestra recently premiered at the Donaueschingen Musiktage 2021 with the Lucerne Festival Contemporary Orchestra. Many of his recent works often surround the idea of proximity – nearness or distance in space, time, and relationship.
