Ben Johnson joins pianist Maria João Pires in a Schubertiade at the Belgais Center for Arts
On the 6th and 7th March, 2020, Ben Johnson will join distinguished pianist Maria João Pires, along with pianist Ashot Khatchatourian, violinist Augustin Dumay and cellist Kyril Zlotnikov in two concerts featuring Schubert Lieder, sonatas for piano and violin, the piano trio Op. 148 D 897 at the Belgais Center for Arts in Portugal.
Ben will perform a selection of his favourite Schubert Lieder, including An den Mond, Nachtstück and Im Frühling in what promises to be a compelling concert.
