Pianist Alexandre Tharaud begins extensive recital tour of South America next week

Alexandre Tharaud tours across South America this month, promoting his latest recording dedicated to the final three sonatas by Beethoven (ERATO/Warner Classics) as well as his forthcoming release of ‘Versailles’ (October 2020), a collection of musical gems from composers at the French court from Lully and d’Anglebert to Rameau and Couperin. 

The tour will take him to Bogotá and Medellin, Colombia, via São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, as well as to Buenos Aires, Argentina, where the film he made with Italian Director Mariano Nante will be presented together with a short recital:
