Fortepianist Justin Taylor will perform this week at the Concerts d’Automne in Tours, France.

On Friday 11 October at 20:00, Mozart will be at the heart of the night full of lights where the talented soprano Karina Gauvin and Justin Taylor will pass the torch for a selection of pyrotechnic arias and instrumental compositions, including the ever-popular Concerto n. 17 (K. 453), which Justin recorded with Le Concert de la Loge (conducted by Julien Chauvin) in 2017. For a taste of what to expect, you can listen to the recording here.

The following day, Saturday 12 October at 11:00, Taylor will collaborate once again with Julien Chauvin in a programme of Mozart sonatas for violin and piano in an unusual setting. The concert takes place in a darkened room in which the masked audience is invited to a unique sensory experience, cut off from visual distractions.
